Terms & conditions at our villa

Standard Rates

All rates and charges are quoted in US Dollars.  Any exchange rate is set at the time the initial invoice is delivered to the guest.

Payment and cancellation

A deposit of 20% of the total rental fee is payable in order to secure the booking and is non-refundable for anyone who booked after January 24th, 2014.

The remainder is due one month prior to check in along with a refundable security deposit of $200.

Guests who booked before January 24th, 2014 will receive a full refund including deposit if cancellation is 30 days or more prior to check in.

Guests will receive a full refund of the security deposit within 10 days of check out provided there is no damage to the property beyond reasonable wear and tear.

Included in the quoted rate:

• Airport pick up by one car – seats 6
• Daily breakfast for up to 8 guests
• Internet & WI-FI
• Home phone (local calls only)
• Villa mobile with initial credit (to be topped up by guests as required)
• Full use of all equipment in the villa aside from anything stored in the owners private store.

Check in/out

Check in is after 2pm and check out is 12 noon.  Early or late check in check by prior agreement with the owner.

Occupancy

The maximum number of persons per bedroom is 2 (plus a baby) to a maximum of 8 guests unless by prior agreement with the owner.

One baby cot is provided free of charge.

A further baby cot can be arranged for an additional hire fee.

Additional guests will be charged at a rate of $25 per person per night.

Insurance

We strongly advise all guests to ensure they have adequate travel insurance.  The owners do not accept responsibility for any injury, loss or damage however caused.
